Generally people don’t have much difficulty getting to Mexico to solve their drug problems—although normally that problem is that they need more.

Although, “extreme rehab” does sound pretty suspicious, it makes me think of that Sanctuary Episode where Nikola Tesla starts a rehab clinic in some tropical paradise.

He’ll cure you of course—but most likely he’ll also try to turn you into a vampire:
